I’ve been doing the oil cleansing method for two weeks now. And it worked wonders for my combination skin! I’ve found out about this cleansing method by accidentally viewed it on Youtube. Since I really have a problem with my combination type of skin, I never hesitated to try it.
This method takes just a few minutes of my time each night. First, I put a few drops of extra virgin olive oil (which is my carrier oil). And another few drops of castor oil. I choose to use Castor oil because of its ability to diminish skin blemishes. I mix it together in my palm and gently massage my face. After a few minutes of facial massage, I get a washcloth and dip it in warm water. Wring it then cover my face. The steam from the warm water will open up the pores and let the oils work to clean deep within.
It also removes makeup and deep seated dirt from the skin. That’s why it’s a great skin detoxifier. To Let you all know about this method I included this video. This made me get into the Oil Cleansing Method.

It worked for me. I wish I helped all of  those struggling with skin problems like I do.

I am interested to try this kind of regimen but my only concern is the time and also my attitude – I am never consistent with any beauty regimen ever. :(
